OREANDA-NEWS. December 27, 2013. Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“the EGM”) of OJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel (“MMC Norilsk Nickel” or “the Company”) was held in Moscow.

Following Board’s recommendations the EGM approved payment of interim dividends for 9 months of 2013 in the amount of RUB 220.7 per ordinary share.

In accordance with Russian law the Company will pay the dividends within 60 days after the date of the shareholders’ approval.
