OREANDA-NEWS. Vladyslav Rashkovan, being the CFO of PJSC “UniCredit Bank” until December 2, was acknowledged one of the best financial directors of Ukraine by the “Financier” magazine, having taken the 5th place in the rating.

“There's been an inscription on the wall in my office since 2010: “I feel discomfort when taking decisions without digits”. I used to consider this was the main credo of a CFO and my subordinates and colleagues knew they should only come with proper analysis. In 2013 I substituted this phrase with a new one: “A good decision is based on knowledge and not digits”. Thanks to the gained experience, I feel the bank “on the fingertips” and I am proud of this”, - noted Vladyslav Rashkovan.

This year the largest project with his particular participation was the merger of two banks of UniCredit Group. Mr. Rashkovan led the new direction associated with organization and logistics of the integrated bank after the finalization of the merger in the early December.

Among Vladislav's colleagues within rating there are financial directors of DTEK, “Retail Group”, FC “Shakhter”, MHP etc.

For the rating composition experts used financial indicators of the companies as well as paid attention to those strategic projects implemented by financiers. According to their opinion it shows the ability of the manager to perform integration functions for the business.
