OREANDA-NEWS.   The Bank of Moscow opened a credit line to LLC Gostinichniy Center" in the amount of 700 mln rubles for the term of 5 years to finance the construction of a large hotel complex in Kaluga.

The project is implemented within the framework of strategic cooperation between the Bank of Moscow and Financial and Construction Corporation "Leader" which is one of the shareholders of the project. The project, to be located in Kaluga at the address: Akademika Koroleva str., 16, will become a 4* Hotel complex branded as Four points by Sheraton. The hotel is expected to open in December 2014.

"Taking part in financing the construction of a hotel complex that will positively influence the image of Kaluzhskiy region, the Bank of Moscow both develops the infrastructure and the economy of the region and also fulfills a socially important function", comments Igor Dubonosov, Senior Vice-President, Director of Department of municipal and special programmes implementation of the Bank of Moscow.
