OREANDA-NEWS. Fujitsu Computer Products of America announced the receipt of the Frost & Sullivan 2013 North American Price Performance Value Leadership Award for BYOD Security Management. The award was presented to Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc. for iNetSec Smart Finder, an internal network security appliance that enables device and application discovery, classification and management.

International marketing consultancy firm Frost & Sullivan determined recognition based on analysis of iNetSec Smart Finder's superior performance, encompassing five criteria: price competitiveness, features, ease of use, service effectiveness and product matched to client needs.

More than 1 billion devices will be shipped to professionals and consumers in 2013, a number Frost & Sullivan predicts will more than triple by 2017. As a consequence of this growth, the number of threats introduced via mobile devices and applications usage is expected to continue to grow exponentially.
