According to sources, Phase 4 and 5 of Hamden Sewage Plant in Basra Governorate, Iraq are both Iraq's key projects concerning people's livelihood. The projects can treat 300,000 tons of sewage a day after coming on stream, thus significantly reducing water environment pollution caused by industrial and agricultural production in this area. CCCC's successively winning bids for Iraqi projects will play a positive role in further promoting friendly relations between China and Iraq, and deepening CCCC's operations in the Iraqi market.
