OREANDA-NEWS. Vneshprombank Ltd. fulfilled its obligation to repurchase bonds from investors, in accordance with the issuance terms of the series 02, documentary interest bearing inconvertible bearer bonds, with obligatory centralized deposit (state registration number 40203261V of November 21, 2012).

The agent purchasing the bonds was the issuer, Vneshprombank Ltd. As a result, investors were invited to redeem bonds totaling 123,698,000.00 rubles. Thus about 91 % of the series 02 bonds issued by Vneshprombank remained on the market.

You may recall that the series 02 bonds placed on December 19, 2012, were included in the MICEX CJSC Corporate “A” List in April 2013.
