OREANDA-NEWS. December 24, 2013. Russian Agricultural Bank (RusAg) was bestowed with National business award “Company of the Year - 2013” under special nomination “For contribution to the real sector of economy” to mark its efforts towards Russian agribusiness development.

The award is organized by RBC media holding to mark the achievements of Russian companies that combine strong profitability, stable market position and active growth, and pursue corporate policy based on international transparency standards. This is one of the most prestigious Russian business awards.

Since its inception in 2000, the Bank has provided more than RUB 3.2 trillion for the national agribusiness development and support of rural areas. This prominent award underscores the systemic role that RusAg plays in the development of the Russian economy.
