OREANDA-NEWS. December 24, 2013. IC Allianz has concluded two large contracts under the comprehensive insurance program Allianz Cottage, covering cottages, property, and civil liability.

A contract worth 8.3 mln US dollars was concluded with an owner of the cottage located in the Odintsovsky district of the Moscow Region. The residential building with furnishing and plumbing systems and movable property therein, as well as a security guard house with garage, bathhouse with movable property and the fence have been insured against all risks, including fire, explosion, lightning stroke, unlawful third-party actions, burglary, robbery, brigandage; flood, natural disasters, aircraft impact, glass breakage, and damage by extraneous objects.

Another insured cottage house is located in the Istrinsky district. The main residential building with furnishing and plumbing systems, as well as a guest house with furnishing and plumbing systems and a garage have been insured against all risks. The contractual insurance amount is 3.7 mln US dollars.
