OREANDA-NEWS. December 24, 2013. IC Allianz has paid its client an insurance compensation under the MOD insurance contract for a stolen Mercedes-Benz SLR.

The insurance compensation amounted to 9 mln 967 thousand roubles.

The premium Mercedes-Benz SLR sports car owned by a private individual had been insured with IC Allianz against theft and damage. In late October 2013 the car was stolen from the parking lot of the five-star hotel in the downtown Moscow, despite being equipped with alarm. At present, criminal investigation and vehicle search procedures are under way.
