OREANDA-NEWS. December 23, 2013. As it was informed at the Stock Exchange, the largest transaction was registered with the state-owned 34,962% (186 shares) in the hotel-restaurant complex "Jolly Alon", which were sold for 33,48 million lei.

In addition, 100% of state shares were sold in SC Armo-Beton.

This week the state-owned stake of 2 382 shares (0,11%) in SC Carmez (meat processing and production of meat products) for 23,82 thousand lei and the state block of 2 815 of shares (56,413%) in SC Cerealeproiect (design works) for 2,81 thousand lei were also sold. It can be reminded that the Public Property Agency at the Ministry of Economy has exposed on sale state assets in 39 joint stock companies.

The total cost of sale at the initial price amounted to 413,7 million lei.
