BTA Bank JSC (hereinafter - Bank) kindly informs that on the basis of Resolution of the Management Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan No.277 dated December 18, 2013, effect of license to perform cash currency exchange transactions of the Bank was temporarily suspended up to December 31, 2013.

In this period the Bank terminates performance of exchange transactions with currency in cash in the Bank's units. All other banking operations, including payments, transfers, maintenance of deposits and accounts of both individuals and legal entities in any currency - will be performed without any changes. Customers, who placed the funds in the multicurrency deposits of the Bank, will be able to replenish their deposits and withdraw their funds in any currency of the deposit. Furthermore, customers of the Bank will be able to perform noncash conversion between deposit currencies and between the accounts opened with the Bank in regular mode.

Subject to above, the Bank addresses all customers with a request to kindly understand the short-time situation occurred and presents its apologies for any inconveniences caused.
