OREANDA-NEWS. 'Expert RA' rating agency upgraded 'Big pension fund' reliability rating to А++, which means extremely high (highest) reliability. The outlook is stable. The Foundation used to have rating A+, which means very high reliability.

The conservative pension savings investment structure and the accrued pension savings investment return exceeding the accrued inflation had a positive impact on the Foundation rating. Moderately high market positions and high PSA placement reliability were also positive for the rating.

High concentration on the OPI market, the low ratio of PSA to pension assets, the aggressive pension provision placement structure, the high share of terminated OPI contracts and low diversification of pension assets by management companies restrained the rating.
