The high current ratios and the high adjusted net insurance liquidity ratios as of June 30, 2013, high deviation of the solvency margin from the minimum share capital and the low share of operating costs had a positive impact on the rating. In addition, low ratios of receivables and payables to the balance sheet total as of June 30, 2013, were highlighted as a positive factor.

Such factors as high reliance on the major customers as well as the Company's low relative positions on the Russian insurance market did not allow assigning a higher rating.
