Formscan Becomes Newest ABBYY Europe Solution Partner

Formscan will deploy ABBYY's Data and Document Capture solutions, based on the ABBYY FlexiCapture platform, into the marketplace. ABBYY FlexiCapture enables Formscan to offer its clients a seamless process, from the time documents enter an organisation as post, using Papertrail ® to store and manage the documents through operational processes, and then delivering to business applications like SAP, Oracle Financials, JD Edwards, and various other records/document management applications. Documents are scanned and essential data captured from business-critical documents, such as invoices, is automatically entered into the backend application while at the same time the original is digitally archived for fast and easy retrieval. This level of automation removes several of the most time-consuming manual tasks involved in paper processing.
