OREANDA-NEWS. The government has forwarded a zero-deficit budget bill for 2014 to the Belarusian parliament.

The lower chamber of the Belarusian parliament is due to consider the document on December 12.

The budget bill has it that Belarus' expenditures in the amount of Br128.594 trillion (USD 13.68 billion) will be fully set off with budget revenues. Budget revenues are expected to grow by 19% on the year, expenditures - up 15.2%.

It is declared that the budget plan for 2014 will remain welfare-oriented.
