OREANDA-NEWS. UC RUSAL (SEHK: 486, Euronext: RUSAL/RUAL, Moscow Exchange: RUALR/RUALRS), a leading, global aluminium producer, announces that it has entered into an agreement with VTB Capital for the establishment of a credit limit for a total aggregate amount of up to RUB 15 billion.

The agreement comprises a limit of up to RUB 10.143 billion (as a reinstatement of the limit under the VTB credit agreements signed in 2008 and duly repaid on 26 November 2013) and a limit of up to RUB 4.857 billion. The tenor of the credit limit is up to 60 months.

The credit limit of up to RUB 4.857 billion can be utilized by the Company and/or its subsidiaries (Krasnoyarsk Aluminium Smelter, Bratsk Aluminium Smelter, Siberian-Urals Aluminium Company, Sayanogorsk Aluminium Smelter, and Khakas Aluminium Smelter), for, inter alia, the replenishment of working capital.

Earlier, a shareholder resolution was passed approving the Company's credit limit of up to RUB 20 billion, out of which a RUB 15 billion limit facility has now been signed.
