OREANDA-NEWS. On 10.12.2013, the changes in the Management Board of the Finnish subsidiary of AS Premia Foods Heimon Kala Oy were registered in the Finnish Commercial Register. The authorities of the previous member of the Management Board Jorma Leed terminated retrospectively on 30.11.2013 and instead of Jorma Leed, the Chairman of the Management Board of AS Premia Foods Katre Kovask was elected to be the member of the Management Board. The Management Board of Heimon Kala Oy will continue with 3 members and in addition to Katre Kovask Erik Haavamae, also a member of the Management Board of AS Premia Foods, and the local manager of the Finnish subsidiary Pirkko Kemppainen act as the members of the Management Board.

The changes in the composition of the Management Board of Heimon Kala Oy were made in connection with Jorma Leed leaving the company and will have no influence on the business activities of Heimon Kala Oy.
