OREANDA-NEWS. December 16, 2013. Premium customers now make up 10.5% of Sberbank’s individual deposits: almost 5% of the population's deposits throughout Russia.

This was announced by Maxim Poletaev, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Sberbank of Russia, at a press conference dedicated to the opening of the one hundredth Sberbank1 office and the third anniversary of the premium network of Sberbank,.

To date, premium customers have deposited more than 740 billion rubles, as well as more than 7 billion in investment products (excluding brokerage funds).

The network of Sberbank offices for premium customers, including both separately located offices and service areas in the universal offices, is represented in 93 cities of Russia.

“In the new Sberbank’s Development Strategy for the period 2014 – 2018 significant attention is paid to the premium customers segment, - said Maxim Poletaev. - The main priorities include expanding the product line and further enhancing the level of professionalism of the employees of the network Sberbank1. Our main challenge in the years 2014-2018 in this segment is shifting to the customer-centric model - offering each customer the individual set of products and services in which he is interested”.
