OREANDA-NEWS. December 13, 2013. INTEKO Group and Sberbank CIB have signed a strategic partnership agreement, under which the two companies will develop relations in the field of financing the construction of the developer’s new projects.

In particular, this includes the Liner hotel and office complex with apartments in the Khodynskoe Polye neighbourhood and the multi-functional complex with apartments on Sadovnicheskaya Street. Total investment in these projects exceeds RUB 20 bln.

The agreement was signed by Oleg Soloshchansky, President of INTECO CJSC, and Andrey Donskih, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Sberbank of Russia and Head of Sberbank CIB.
