In accordance with the Government of Russia regulation No. 2164-r a clause stipulating creation of artificial land plots during construction of Sabetta Seaport has been added to the Government of Russia regulation dated 13.07.2013 No. 1259-r, which makes provisions for the seaport construction.

Creation of artificial land plots is necessary for the construction of the south-western ice protection structures of Sabetta Seaport.

A million cubic meters of sand from the local sandpits will be used for the formation of artificial land plots.
