OREANDA-NEWS. Customers will receive a gas and/or electricity bill in January 2014, on the basis of consumption calculated at a special rate for the entire suspension period, with an automatic plan for interest-free deferred payments.

Rome, December 12 2013 - Eni announces that in December 2013, it will resume invoicing the towns affected by the earthquake in Emilia Romagna. Special rates and terms of deferred payment as permitted by the Electricity and Gas Authority Resolution 6/2013 will be applied.

Customers for whom billing had been suspended will receive a gas and/or electricity bill in January 2014, on the basis of consumption calculated at a special rate for the entire suspension period. This will also include an automatic plan for interest-free deferred payments in installments over 24 months, as required by the resolution.

Payments in installments may be requested over a shorter period of time, or customers may choose to pay the amount in full. Payments in installments are not permitted on amounts under 100 euros for gas, or under 50 euros for electricity. Eni wishes to specify that these special terms are cumulative with the electricity and gas bonus.
