CLP Holdings is pleased to announce that it has clinched two top honours in the Best Corporate Governance Disclosure Awards 2013, organised by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, once again setting the benchmark for corporate governance and sustainability and social responsibility reporting.

CLP was named winner of the Diamond Award – the highest honour – in the Hang Seng Index category for the eleventh successive year. Its 2012 Annual Report was praised by the judges as “a top - quality, well - structured, informative and clearly - presented document, through which CLP continues to demonstrate its strong corporate governance practices and disclosures”.

For the third consecutive year, the Sustainability and Social Responsibility Reporting Award went to CLP, which has been a winner since the prize was introduced two years ago.
