Aeroflot’s Call-Center Launches New Services Ahead of Olympic Games
OREANDA-NEWS. December 12, 2013. Aeroflot being General Partner of the XXII Olympic Winter Games leads active preparations for transportation to Sochi and expands the range of services available for visitors of the Games.
Thus, during the Olympics, the airline will have a separate phone number in its call-center. Aeroflot’s passengers can call a special toll-free line 8-800-550-5555, and a qualified specialist of the contact-center will answer any questions regarding booking, ticketing, and baggage transportation rules or clarify any other information on flights to the capital of 2014 Winter Games.
Starting from December, an additional group of English-speaking operators is available for round the clock support in Aeroflot’s Center for Information and Booking. Aeroflot also has doubled the number of operators speaking six languages: Spanish, French, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, and German. The average waiting time is from 30 seconds to 1 minute.
During the Winter Olympic Games, the number of phone lines for call-center in Moscow and Russia will also be increased:
7 (495) 223-5555 — from 120 to 150 lines;
8-800-444-5555 — from 60 to 120 lines;
8-800-550-5555 — 60 physical lines are allocated.
Also, Aeroflot introduces the possibility of paying by credit card and award miles of "Aeroflot Bonus" program for booking via call-center or in Moscow sales offices.
