OREANDA-NEWS. Andrey Ugarov has been appointed Deputy CEO, Chief Operating Officer, of Management Company METALLOINVEST (“the Company”). Marina Novikova has been appointed Deputy CEO, Organisational Development and Human Resources Management. The new appointments will enhance a number of important areas of the Company’s business, with the overall objectives of developing Metalloinvest’s potential and improving its operational efficiency.
