Changes in Prospectuses of ABLV Emerging Markets Bond Fund, ABLV High Yield CIS Bond Fund, ABLV Global Stock Index Fund, ABLV European Corporate EUR Bond Fund, ABLV Global Corporate USD Bond Fund, ABLV European Industry EUR Equity Fund and ABLV US Industry USD Equity Fund become effective.

The changes have been made due to the new board of ABLV Asset Management, IPAS, was approved, and the new manager of ABLV Emerging Markets Bond Fund was appointed.
