All of the nine Directors of the HMS Group Board of Directors were present at the Meeting.

The following significant issues of agenda were reviewed, discussed and approved at the Meeting:

Report on the structure and functions of the Management Company and the corporate center;

9 months 2013 IFRS Financial Statements review;

Approval of the Board of Directors meetings dates for 2014.
