 Two-room apartments in Botanica were sold for 558-663 euro per sq. m.; in Buiucani - 659-670 euro; in the Center - 679-741 euro; in Ciocana - 613-661 euro; in Riscani - 641-686 euro. Cost of 1 sq. m. in 3-room flats in Botanica was 506-596 euro; in Buiucani - 563-579 euro; in the Center - 583-640 euro; in Ciocana - 540-612 euro; in Riscani - 573-612 euro. 1 square meter in 4-room apartment in November cost 458-535 euro in Botanica; 523-535 euro in Buiucani; 520-573 euro - in the Centre; 486-541 euro in Ciocana and 535-557 euro in Riscani district. As InfoMarket agency has informed before, the last time the real estate prices have changed in November 2013 - they fell by 3 euro compared with September.

The last time the prices changed in May 2013 - they fell by 7 euro (1.2%) and amounted to 583 euro. In 2012, the average market cost of 1 sq. m. of apartments in Chisinau amounted to 590 euros (-2,3% compared with 2011). During 2011, the prices for apartments in Chisinau have decreased from 614 up to 604 euro per 1 sq. m.
