Bakcell, The First Mobile Operator and The Leading Mobile Internet Provider of Azerbaijan, is bringing together technology innovations and entertainment at its Bakutel 2013 stand. Mobile signature (Asan imza) and M2M services, innovative technologies such as Augmented Reality, as well as entertainment zones will be presented to visitors at Bakcell’s stand.   

This year Bakcell offers two great entertainment zones with Augmented Reality (AR) and mobile games.

Our Augmented Reality corner shows the close relationship between Bakcell and Manchester United Football Club and will bring the spirit of football to BakuTel. Visitors will be able to interact with Manchester United players via Augmented Reality apps. Play football with famous Manchester United players, Augmented Reality puts the user at the center of the action.

Bakcell will be demonstrating a number of digital games that are based on the latest technologies.

Visitors of Bakcell stand will be able to participate in competitions in Augmented Reality and at the Games Zone and get valuable prizes from Bakcell.

Manchester United legendary striker Andy Cole is visiting BakuTel 2013 this year as a special guest of Bakcell within Bakcell-Manchester United partnership.

Snapdragon processors by Qualcomm Incorporated will also be presented at BakuTel by Bakcell in the frame of partnership between two companies. Snapdragon is a processor which gives your mobile devices breathtaking speed, jaw-dropping graphics and longer battery life so you can do more of the things you love.

“We have started cooperation with Qualcomm last year. This year we are expanding our cooperation within various interesting projects which can be considered very significant developments in the telecom sector of the country”, adds Mr. Shearer.

At BakuTel 2013, Bakcell also is demonstrating M2M (machine to machine) devoted to Bakcell’s services controlling home appliances and other devices and utilities of everyday life via mobile phones.

“Since 2010 year Bakcell has been implementing M2M solutions in the telecommunication industry of Azerbaijan. Our partners are the key players of business sector as well as ministries and other governmental structures. Visitors will see Bakcell’s achievement in 4G technology integration with full LTE services being demonstrated ahead of Bakcell’s planned launch of the service. They will be able to use 4G technology on mobile device, LTE compatible smartphones and tablets which will show the full potential of this technology on mobile devices.
