OREANDA-NEWS. Otkritie Capital appointed Serge Alexandre as Head of DMA Sales for the UK, continental Europe and North America. In his new role, Serge will be responsible for strengthening Otkritie's prime brokerage services for international investors accessing Russian liquidity, while expanding Otkritie's franchise across these key regions.

Serge Alexandre joined Otkritie in 2011 from Jefferies International where he held a similar role, offering US and European trading algorithms to international investors. Prior to that he worked for 5 years for Sungard Financial Systems, providing market access solutions for sell-side and high frequency trading firms.

Irina Glazkova expanded her role and will be leading joint sales team of OSL Moscow and NOMOS Bank. Her previous role encompassed managing Otkritie Capital's DMA Sales team in Moscow since 2012. She will focus on promoting Otkritie's prime brokerage products and services to institutional investors based in Russia, CIS, Near East and South East Asia - Otkritie Capital's key growth areas. She will focus on achieving further integration of Nomos' brokerage business line into Otkritie Capital's client offering with focus on Russia's regulated funds and corporate client base. Irina has been a member of Otkritie's Sales team since 2008 and prior to that she worked at an Alcatel Lucent subsidiary in sales and corporate finance.
