High quality of the purchased asset - shares in the company included into the list of Russia's top companies, Expert 400, in 2013, and the list of systemically important enterprises - had a positive impact on the rating. The Agency's analysts estimated the long-term nature of the loan raised for entering into the transaction, upon conditions that envisage a significant grace period, positively. The high risk management level in the Company and low currency risks were also highlighted by experts.

Concentration of the Company's long-term financial investments in one issuer and the Company's high exposure to the market risk, the high planned debt level, low diversification of raised debt instruments are highlighted among the rating-restraining factors by the Agency's analysts.
