OREANDA-NEWS. Goppel Bus GmbH (a subsidiary of the Kirov Group, Germany) has delivered a shipment of go4cityT trailers to one of Munich's largest passenger transportation companies, Munchner Verkehrsgesellschaft (MVG).

Munchner Verkehrsgesellschaft (MVG), the third largest public transport company in Munich, will equip a part of its bus fleet with Goppel go4cityT trailers. These trailers will serve the busiest bus routes in the city. The Goppel trailers will be used mainly during rush hours. They offer an increased seating capacity for transport, also making the ride more comfortable for passengers. On weekends and during vacation seasons, the trailers may remain at the bus park. The new trailers will help MVG save on fuel and operating costs, as well as lessening the burden on the roads and the harmful effects of transportation on the environment.

Goppel Bus GmbH has delivered 10 go4cityT trailers to MVG, and in 2014 Munchner Verkehrsgesellschaft will acquire 12 more trailers.
