The stable outlook means high probability of maintaining the rating in the mid-term. The Bank used to have rating В++, which means acceptable credit solvency, with the positive outlook.

Reduction in the resource pool concentration on the biggest lender supports the rating. The Agency positively estimates good loan portfolio security and a good balance of assets and liabilities, by their maturities, in the short- and mid-terms.

The significant share of prolonged debt in the Bank's loan portfolio, the high share of IV and V quality category loans in the gross loan portfolio and high concentration of active transactions on the major credit risk items restrain the rating.
