OREANDA-NEWS. December 05, 2013. Kirill Palchun has been appointed the Chairman of the UNISTREAM Bank Management Board by decision of the Board of Directors of UNISTREAM Bank. This was approved by the Central Bank of Russia.

Kirill V. Palchun graduated from Moscow State University (Department of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics), the Institute of Banking (Higher School of Economics), and completed several other educational programs including Harvard Business School, Scotwork and others.

His work experience in the financial sector totals more than 10 years. He worked for Western Union for seven years, where he first was responsible for operations, introducing product programs, and quality control. He then oversaw financial issues in Eastern Europe and the CIS. In 2009, he joined UNISTREAM Bank as the Chief Financial Officer, and he joined the Management Board of the Bank. Since June of 2013, he has served as the acting Chairman of the Management Board.
