OREANDA-NEWS. December 05, 2013. Xalq Bank, OJSC, Baku, Azerbaijan, has just joined the BLIZKO Payment System owned and operated by Sviaz-Bank (Vnesheconombank Group) and started transferring and paying cash in Russian rubles, U.S.dollars, and euros.

Xalq Bank has a large network of 22 branches offering money transfer services to its customers in Baku, Sumgayit, Gyandja, Zaqatala, Neftchala, Mingachevir, Evlakh, Jalilabad, Shabran, Khachmaz, Gazakh, Ismailly, Guba, Gusar, Shamakhy, Sheki, and Nakhchivan. In the near term, all these service points will be offering BLIZKO money transfer services at rates attractive to customers.

Money transfers are transparent and made at affordable rates – customers’ money can be transferred at a minimum average rate of 0.6% of the amount transferred within Russia, and at 0.5% to 0.8% to other countries.
