OREANDA-NEWS. December 05, 2013. Sviaz-Bank (Vnesheconombank Group) acted as paying agent authorized by TransFin-M to pay accrued interest on the fifth coupon of the company’s Series BO-07 exchange-traded bond issue.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 8.5% per annum, or 42 rubles 38 kopecks per bond. In all, the Bank paid out 21,190,000 rubles.

TransFin-M LLC offered its three-year Series BO-07 bond issue to raise 500 million rubles. All bonds were sold out on May 30, 2011.
