OREANDA-NEWS. UniCredit Bank informs about new appointments to the key positions of the financial establishment. The staff changes stepped into force on December, 2, 2013.

Vladyslav Leonidovych Rashkovan was appointed to the position of PJSC “Ukrsotsbank” Activity Maintenance and Organization Center Director.

Mr. Rashkovan has a wide experience in banking and financial sphere, has been holding managerial positions since 2006. Vladyslav joined UniCredit team in 2006 as the Head of Macroeconomic Researches Bureau. From 2007 till 2010 he was holding the position of Projects and Business Development Department Director. In February 2010 he was appointed to the position of Management Board Member of PJSC “UniCredit Bank”, responsible for financial bloc, holding the position till November 2013.

On the new position in UniCredit Bank Mr. Rashkovan will be responsible for Delivery Department, Cash Funds Department, Logistics and Bank Organization and Methodology.

Mescheryakov Andriy Borysovych was appointed to the position of Security Department Director.

Andriy Borysovych has been working in PJSC “Ukrsotsbank” since 2001. Mr. Mescheryakov gained wide experience in HR and IT sphere. During 12 years of work in PJSC “Ukrsotsbank” he was holding the following positions: Head of Kiev Branch HR section, Head of Personnel Coordination Department, Head of HR Department. Mr. Mescheryakov has two high education certificates - for engineering and finances.

On the position of UniCredit Bank Security Department Director Andriy Borysovych will be responsible for Fraud Prevention, Physical Security, Information and Telecommunication Technologies Security, functioning of Bank Security departments in commercial macro regions and Labor Safety Unit.

Besides the new appointments, the top management responsibility zones were also changed in the bank. As a result, Zyuk Andriy Oleksandrovych, Deputy CEO, is changing his competence line and from December, 02, 2013 will coordinate Non-operating Assets Department in the composition of Realization of Non-Operating Assets Deparmtnet, Non-Operating Assets Portfolio Management Department and Subsidiary Relations Unit.

Mr. Zyuk joined PJSC “Ukrsotsbank” team in 1998. During his successful career in the financial establishment Andriy Oleksandrovych was holding the following positions: Credit Department Director, Practical Administration Center Director, Head of Internal Audit Service, and Deputy CEO - Logistics Director.
