OREANDA-NEWS. December 03, 2013. Chairman of TISCO, Li Xiaobo, met President of CITIC Metal Co. Ltd., Sun Yufeng, and President of CBMM, Tadeu Carneiro, and exchanged views with them on business, technology and investment cooperation.
 
Li Xiaobo briefly reviewed the cooperation history among TISCO, CITIC Metal Co. Ltd and CBMM. He said that there was a long history of cooperation among TISCO, CITIC Metal Co. Ltd and CBMM. The three sides closely cooperated on the basis of mutual trust and mutual benefit and realized the win-win cooperation. The operation philosophy and the innovation pattern of CITIC Metal Co. Ltd and CBMM are also worth learning and using for reference. He hoped that the three sides would further expand exchanges and cooperation in the fields of business, technology, investment and personnel training and promote enterprises development. In the meeting, Li Xiaobo also introduced TISCO’s general idea about the optimization of the product structure.
 
Tadeu Carneiro briefly introduced the operating conditions of CBMM and analyzed the market prospects of niobium products. Sun Yufeng and Tadeu Carneiro hoped to expand the exchanges and cooperation with TISCO, form the industrial chain and realize win-win cooperation.
 
CITIC Metal Co. Ltd. is an important ferroniobium supplier of TISCO, CBMM is the largest niobium products maker in the world. In 2011, several Chinese enterprises including TISCO and CITIC Metal Co. Ltd. jointly acquired 15% shares of CBMM.
