OREANDA-NEWS. December 03, 2013. The recent Best Lawyers rankings, which are a respected guide to the legal profession worldwide, for 2014 acknowledged 19 lawyers from SORAINEN Estonia, 10 from Latvia, 14 from Lithuania and 3 from the Belarusian office.

Nine of the lawyers were also recognised as the “Lawyer of The Year” 2014 in their respective countries and practice areas. Recognition as “Lawyer of The Year” 2014 in Estonia was awarded to partner Reimo Hammerberg for project finance and development practice, to partner Allar Joks for public law, to partner Karin Madisson for corporate governance & compliance practice and to senior associate Marika Oksaar for insurance law. In Latvia, partner Rudolfs Engelis was acknowledged as the best expert for capital markets law and partner Agris Repss for information technology law.
