OREANDA-NEWS.  The Bank of Moscow and Pioneer Group develop their cooperation in the mortgage lending area with respect to purchases of apartments in LIFE-Volzhskaya and LIFE-Mitinskaya residential districts on favorable terms and conditions.

As part of the cooperation, the Bank of Moscow is ready to provide a mortgage program for purchasing an apartment at any construction stage on the following terms and conditions: the interest from 11.5% in rubles with the initial payment of 15%, without sureties and additional pledges, for a period of up to 30 years. The fact that no additional collateral is required during the construction period is an important advantage. The Bank of Moscow does not charge fees for application consideration, account maintaining, disbursement and early loan repayment.
