OREANDA-NEWS. November 29, 2013. International information group “Interfax” published rating of fundamental efficiency of 150 largest Russian companies of real sector of economy after results of 2012, where Group of Companies “Titan” took 18-th place.

Composition of the rating considers volume of goods manufactured per each unit of expended energy and natural resources, ability of technological equipment to perform work with lesser effect on environment, degree of business’ transparency and tendencies of change in company’s efficiency since 2000.

The analytics point to the fact that the companies which entered the first twenty of the rating, besides ecological-energy and technological efficiency, are demonstrating high level of information disclosure and increase in efficiency in recent 10-12 years.

Thus, index of eco-energy efficiency of the Group of Companies “Titan” was estimated at 141,6%, technological efficiency – at 336,5%.

“During the years of presence on the market, ecological ratings had already become an essential element of its regulation, objective barometer of real efficiency of Russian business. Our approaches to composition of methodology of the rating totally conform with modern foreign standards of non-financial reporting”, - underlined the head of the project “Interfax-ERA” Alexander Martynov.

Availability of the fundamental efficiency rating allows to conduct comparative evaluation of enterprises, detect existing production problems, identify the most advanced, socially and ecologically responsible market players.
