OREANDA-NEWS. November 29, 2013. Sviaz-Bank’s branch in Novosibirsk has opened a revolving credit line of 400 million rubles to the ELSIB Research and Production Association (open joint-stock company) for a drawdown period of three years to enable the company to increase its working capital.

ELSIB RPA, OJSC, is a leading Russian engineering company carrying out projects from design to operation of, and maintenance services on, power equipment for cogeneration plants, thermal power plants, and hydroelectric power plants.

The company’s engineers are working to modernize all segments of its business. ELSIB’s equipment is operated at over 700 power plants around the world.

The new loan agreement is a sequel to the agreement that launched successful cooperation between ELSIB RPA OJSC and Sviaz-Bank in 2011.
