OREANDA-NEWS. November 29, 2013. Sberbank has opened an office in Kazan offering services to international companies operating in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.

This is the second branch of Sberbank focused on foreign customers: the first was the international office of Sberbank in Astana (Republic of Kazakhstan), which was opened in early October 2013.

“Opening an office to work with international customers in Tatarstan, in particular Turkish customers, is an example of cross-border synergy of the international business of Sberbank Group, - said Sergey Gorkov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Sberbank. - We want to be closer to our customer and use an individual approach, taking into account the established tradition of doing business. This is why in the future we plan to open offices to work with the foreign customers in all regions of our presence.”

Currently, there are about 100 Turkish companies operating in the Republic of Tatarstan. Basically it is the representatives of the construction and service industries.
