OREANDA-NEWS. November 27, 2013. The regular meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC TATNEFT chaired by R.N. Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, was held in Almetyevsk.

The Board of Directors reviewed the budget performance of JSC TATNEFT for ten months in 2013 and approved the budget for December of the current year.

The participants of the meeting were briefed on the results of the Company's financial and economic activities in the first nine months of 2013. The amount of 19 million 518 thousand tons of crude oil was produced during this period in the fields of JSC TATNEFT, which was 0.3 percent higher versus the corresponding period last year.

The amount of 100.6 thousand tons of EVO was produced at Ashalchinskoye extra-viscous oil field for 9 months. The total average daily production rate of all wells currently amounts to more than 500 tons. As of November 7, the amount of 300 thousand tons of extra-viscous oil has been produced since the beginning of the field development.

The amount of 238.2 thousand tons was produced at the licensed fields of TATNEFT's subsidiaries outside the Republic of Tatarstan in the Russian Federation for the period accounting for 4.9 percent increase versus the same period last year.

The Board of Directors reviewed the program of equipping filling stations with vapor recovery systems.

Activities of equipping filling stations of the Republic with the systems of collecting and utilizing oil products' vapors are aimed at improving environmental safety and resource conservation at the sites the fueling complex in Tatarstan.

The program of equipping filling stations with vapor recovery systems proposed to the Board of Directors provides for maximum collection of polluting emissions into the atmosphere and approximately doubles the throughput of fuel loading terminals.

The meeting also considered a number of other issues of JSC TATNEFT's activities.
