OREANDA-NEWS. November 27, 2013. New Nordea private person telephone and online bank terms and conditions become valid.

The main amendment in the terms and conditions (clause 5.2) is related to making the use of online bank more secure with the additional payment confirmation service that will come into force soon. If necessary, you will be able to provide additional confirmation by text message or telephone (additional confirmation is not requested for all payments) in the future.

The additional payment confirmation service and accompanying text message confirmation service will be activated in 2014. We will inform you about it separately both when you enter the online bank and on Nordea homepage with specific instructions.
