OREANDA-NEWS. November 27, 2013. 1. The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CBA) is holding an open tender on maintenance of vehicles.

The tender procedure is to be held in the administrative tower of the CBA (R.Behbudov Str.32, Baku city) on 08 January 2014 at 1500 hrs.

2. Bidders should submit the following documents to be eligible:

- tender application;

- notarized copies of documents confirming Bidder’s legal status (Charter, certificate of state registration or statement from registry, etc;

- document confirming authorities of the persons empowered to sign the bid and procurement agreement;

- bank reference confirming payment of the participation fee;

- two copies of the bid in Azerbaijani (to be valid through 21 February 2014);

- bank guarantee in the amount of 1 (one) percent of the bid (in the form shown in the request for proposals);

- bank statement on financial standing of the bidder over the past one (1) year;

- reference issued by a respective tax authority on absence of expired obligations on taxes and other compulsory payments in the Republic of Azerbaijan;

- data on at least two year experience of bidders in similar work, including material and technical resources, human resources, staff qualification (education, experience and certification) and flexibility of the service to be provided.

3. The bidder shall submit signed and sealed bid and bank guarantee of the bid in a written form in two-fold envelope until 1800 hrs, 07 January 2014, and other sealed and signed necessary documents in a written form in closed envelopes to the CBAR administrative tower located at 32, R.Behbudov Str, Baku city no later than 1800 hrs, 24 December 2013. Envelopes and documents submitted later than the fixed date will be returned without opening and the bidder will not be allowed to the tender.

4. Bidders shall transfer the AZN100 (hundred) participation fee to the following account of the CBA:

5. Service period: 12 months.

6. Companies willing to participate in the tender may obtain the Request for Proposals in Azerbaijani from the CBAR Administrative tower, located at 32, R.Behbudov Str., Baku city through submission of the bank reference confirming payment of the participation fee.
