A good balance of assets and liabilities, by their maturities, in the short- and mid-terms and high loan portfolio security are the principal factors having a positive impact on the rating. Low concentration of raised funds on major lenders, stability of the principal resource base source and low undertaken currency risks are positive for the Bank's creditworthiness.

High concentration of active transactions and the high share of III, IV and V quality category loans in the portfolio were the main factors having a negative impact on the rating. The imbalance of assets and liabilities, by their maturities, in the long-term is negative for the rating.
