OREANDA-NEWS. November 26, 2013. A one-day workshop covering development of key performance indicators (KPI) was attended by a team of 27 MMC Norilsk Nickel head office employees.

In 2013-2015 the Company is implementing a system to manage performance efficiency of its employees comprising 3 base instruments:  skills against competences, performance efficiency, review of assessments and decision on future development of an employee by a special committee.

Performance over a one year period will be assessed against Company and employee-level key performance indicators.

The Workshop was conducted to aid senior staff in developing appropriate KPIs.
