OREANDA-NEWS. The Board of Directors of Rosbank appointed Konstantin Artioukh Deputy Chairman of Rosbank Management board*, General Secretary, in charge of Legal, Administration, Banking insurance and regulators' relations.

Konstantin comes to Rosbank from the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Member of the Management Board of DeltaCredit Bank. This appointment is in line with Societe Generalе Group's policy of internal mobility and aims to further develop synergy among Societe Generalе subsidiaries in Russia.

Management board appointment is subject to the relevant authorization from the Central Bank of Russia.

Biography

Konstantin Artioukh has a comprehensive experience in legal, corporate governance, banking. He joined DeltaCredit Bank as Director of Legal Department, Member of the Management Board, in 2004. In 2007 Konstantin became Vice-president and led new established Corporate Center. In 2011 he was appointed Senior Vice-President, Chief Operating Officer of the Bank. Konstantin graduated with Honors from Peoples' Friendship University of Russia. He holds a PhD degree. He studied law and mortgage business in the University of Valencia (Spain). Konstantin also received an MBA degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (USA).
