OREANDA-NEWS.  Southwest Airlines' (NYSE: LUV) Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of USD .04 per share to Shareholders of record at the close of business on December 12, 2013 on all shares then issued and outstanding.  The 149th consecutive dividend will be paid on January 2, 2014.
