OREANDA-NEWS. November 22, 2013. The Government of Ukraine expects to end the year with GDP growth. This was started by Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov, in St. Petersburg during a joint press conference with the heads of government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev and Belarus Mikhail Myasnikovich.

Mykola Azarov stressed that due to the global economic crisis the economic growth has slowed in most countries.

"This trend, unfortunately, did not pass Ukraine. Within 10 months of the year we have 99.4% GDP growth ie 0.6%. And our task is to finish the year with a small, but still a plus," Mykola Azarov said.

He stressed that Ukraine planed to enter higher rates of economic growth in 2014.
